Noelle was working as a bartender on New Years Eve over seven years ago. She had just gotten out of a rocky relationship and had her mind set on finding a cute boy that night to kiss at midnight. However, the place was packed, she was super busy, and time was quickly passing. She was so busy in fact, that she nearly forgot her plan. That is, until she looked up from the task at hand, glanced across the room, and saw him.
Her heart immediately started racing. She could not believe how handsome he was and knew without a doubt he was the one that she absolutely HAD to kiss that night. She started to plan out the details of how she could make it happen and soon she could think of nothing else.
As fate would have it, this handsome boy came up to her! All she could think about was “Oh my gosh, should I kiss him now?” As her mind wandered, he leaned toward her slowly. Then, as quickly as he leaned in, he pulled away, looked her in the eyes, and asked, “Did you get that?”
“Huh?” Noelle replied, confused.
“Did you get our drink order?” the intriguing stranger again inquired.
Noelle snapped back to reality, smiled at him, and asked him to repeat the order that she had hadn’t heard a word of.
She reluctantly walked back to the bar to make this guy and his friends their beverages. She glanced up from what she was doing back at the boy that had distracted her all night, disappointed that she hadn't seized the moment, only to catch him looking back at her, smiling.
While it turns out that Noelle didn’t get her kiss that night, the boy, who turned out to be named Tucker, made sure that he did get the cute bartender’s number. And just weeks ago, he made that girl his wife.
Tucker and Noelle tied the knot in downtown Pittsburgh on the final day in September. Their wedding was urban, romantic, and so much fun! These two definitely know how to throw a party. They were present and engaged, soaking in each moment of the day surrounded by their closest friends and family. But at the same time, as you watched these two together, it was as if they were the only two in the room. They spent the day lost in each other, so completely in love.
They started the day by exchanging hand written notes and thoughtful gifts. Noelle wins best groom gift ever - as she had had a boudoir session done that she hadn't told Tucker about, and gifted him with the album of photos on the morning of their wedding! Not a bad way to start you wedding day, eh?
From there it only got better. Bubble exits. Rooftop sunsets. An emotional first dance. Epic Dance Party. And all the joy it always is to witness and document two people boldly and bravely promise to love and cherish one another forever and ever, amen.
Congratulations Noelle and Tucker - and thank you for entrusting us to preserve these memories! We love you guys!
