Kevin and Molly both attended Allegheny College where they connected during their Junior year. They developed a quick and easy friendship and saw a lot of one another throughout their remaining time in Meadville. It wasn't until a year after college, and just prior to Molly moving to Cincinnati for graduate school, that these two started dating. Molly and Kevin couldn't get enough time together, and thus embarked on 5 years of long distance dating - conquering a 4.5 hour drive each time they wanted to see one another.
Little did Molly know that before they ever even met, Kevin had spotted her walking across campus down a path to class and he stopped in his tracks. He had been secretly hoping to meet Molly some day ever since he first laid eyes on her. Kevin didn't share this fact with Molly until they'd been dating a few months - a memory she has treasured since - and a fact that set the scene for the perfect proposal a few years later.
Upon the completion of grad school, Molly finally moved back to Pittsburgh. Then, on a frigid day in January, Kevin convinced Molly to go to the Grove City Outlets and then make a quick stop at Allegheny College before heading home. Kevin took Molly to the path where he first saw her walking in college, got down on one knee, and shared with her "Molly, this is the first place I saw you and the place I know I wanted to ask you to marry me. So... will you marry me?" She emphatically agreed, and this year they exchanged the most sentimental and inspiring vows in the breathtaking gardens at Longue Vue Club.
They weaved intricate details of how they met, and their shared experience at Allegheny College throughout their laid back, elegant wedding day. It was truly a joyous celebration and theirs is a love story for the books. We couldn't be happier for this amazing couple as they embark on life together as husband and wife - growing into an old married couples that Molly loves so much :)
