Emily & Michael each went to college at West Liberty University where they both played basketball - which meant they were often at the same places and parties. Michael saw Emily walk into a party one night and couldn't take his eyes off her. Fortunately for him, one of her teammates gave him her number, which he took advantage of at a later time.

Being a 2020 couple, Emily & Michael's wedding was one they weren't sure would happen. Originally they had planned to get married in the church where Michael had proposed, but with new restrictions, were forced to move their plans outside. Oglebay was more than accommodating, and Michael and Emily were outrageously adaptable - just excited to say, "I Do."
After all of the back and forth, they couldn't have gotten a more perfect day to begin their life as husband and wife. Not only was the weather ideal, Oglebay and their vendor team outdid themselves bringing Emily's elegant and fun vision to life. Add on to that all of the emotion: from the father daughter reveal, to the couple's joyous first look, to the vows Emily and Michael wrote for one another - we never wanted the day to end.
Emily and Michael are magnetic. They are the life of the party, and the best friends. They are kind, and fun; simple and gracious. And their wedding day couldn't have emulated them more accurately. The day was full of love and an absolute blast for all in attendance.
